Teachers and trainers aren’t just facilitators of learning, they’re concierges, hosts, and hostesses. These "essentials" include all the presentation supplies and facilitation materials to create a welcoming environment and deliver an effective training, learning, or meeting experience. When assembling your own kit of supplies, be sure to include these essentials: name tents, which help you get to know who’s who; time management equipment, to help you stay on track; and debrief tools so time spent in meetings is never wasted.
